The daughter is Harvey Welker a Native American father and Julie Welker an African-American mother. Her father is an engineering while her mother works as an agent. Walker was a student at the Germantown Friends School in Philadelphia's Germantown and graduated with a diploma in 1994. After graduating at Harvard College in 1998, she went to Harvard College and earned her bachelor of Arts. Welker is married for over 20 years to John Hughes who is a famous marketing director at Merck Philadelphia. John and Sheila are parents to two children. The couple began their affair in 2014. John her husband, who is just four years older than her. The relationship was enjoying itself and they decided to stay in touch. The 4th of March 2017 was the day that they tied the knot.
